Responsible for the effective management of EdAssist’s relationship with its premiere education network partners. The focus of this position will be to enhance and strengthen existing relationships and successfully launch new education partnerships. In this highly visible role, you will report directly to the VP of Education Strategy.

What you will be doing:
Responsible for facilitating and managing the development and retention of mutually beneficial education partner accounts to support the company’s strategic objectives.
Provide partner-facing support and oversee the operations of a portfolio of EdAssists’ highly integrated learning partners. Serve as the primary point of contact, understand partner success criteria, address questions, resolve issues, and serve as a trusted business advisor.
Scope, prioritize, and oversee work to ensure contracts are fulfilled and honored in good faith. Drive operational excellence to ensure both EdAssist and the partner meet their goals and are satisfied with the results of the collaboration.
Strategize a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy that maintains high partnership satisfaction
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and execute on-going communication and marketing plans to ensure partners experience maximum return on their partnership (primarily through visibility to prospective students, enrollments, etc.) and continue to view EdAssist as a strategic partner.
Lead and manage the Education Partnership Success team

Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant Experience required
Strong relationship management skills.
Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
Ability to communicate the values and mission of the organization and full range of EdAssist and Bright Horizons services offered.
Compensation Range:
The annual salary range for this role is: $120,000 - $130,000
