Withum is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator who is a data-driven professional and has a passion for digital marketing. This candidate will enter the Firm on the ground floor with plenty of room for advancement. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Team through the development of campaign assets including web pages, emails, keyword optimization, paid ads and more.This candidate should have hands-on experience with WordPress and marketing automation tools like Marketo as well as familiarity with paid advertising platforms, including Google, LinkedIn and Facebook. But our commitment goes beyond our clients as we continue to live the Withum Way, promoting personal and professional growth for all team members, clients, and surrounding communities.Responsibilities:Develop and optimize campaign assets including landing pages and email campaigns, and ensure consistency of layout throughout devices, including desktop, mobile and tabletSupport Withum’s paid ad strategy through building campaign audiences, ad assets and more.Daily utilization of marketing tools including WordPress, Marketo and CanvaWork closely and collaborate with digital marketing and cross-functional teamsRequirements:1-2 years of experience working in a similar digital marketing roleBasic understanding of SEO fundamentalsHands-on experience with Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing platforms/toolsExperience with WordPressExperience with Marketo or similar automation toolExperience with paid advertising platforms including Google and LinkedInBasic understanding of HTMLExperience with Canva or similar image editing toolComfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environmentThe compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 - $60,000 in New York City. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual’s skills, experience and qualifications.
