　　We are looking for:

　　As an E&I Engineer, you will work on the development and implementation of industrial projects to improve E&I processes, aiming to increase the reliability and the efficiency of production units, reduce the consumption of raw materials and utilities, and increase capacity, to meet Road Map targets. Providing support to production with a focus on maintaining continuous improvement in quality and operations, as well as conducting studies in the areas of safety and the environment.We count on you for:

　　Ensure compliance with HSE regulation, quality standards and company policies

　　Plan and manage maintenance and technical service activities

　　Ensure maintenance excellence, continuous improvement and innovation

　　Manage the E&I Function: Collect, analyze and report all kinds of information regarding the performance of the entity.and assist in the development of annual operational and capital investments budgets.

　　Manage the staff: Train the colleagues in new methods, procedures and techniques and support and advice staff in the resolution of complex problems.

　　University graduate with related Major(Electric, Electronic, Plant automation, or the related)

　　Minimum 4 years of related work experience

　　Behavior competency – Strong customer focus, Collaborative innovation.

　　Electrical engineer's license is required

　　Preferred Skill set: Project management, Automation / instrumentation, DCS
