Directs andsupportsthe development, preparation, collection, review, and assessment of the implementation of the system wide accountability performance measures, and strategic plan.
Identifies the need for, conceptualizes and directs research studies, which influence major policy decisions related to effectiveness and other academic areas. Supports the research agenda of the department.
Serves as staff liaison to the Methodology Review Committee and Data Governance.
Provides leadership and technical assistance to the 28 community colleges in the area of institutional research.
Represents the Chancellor of the Division before community college councils, associations and other recognized groups that represent interests in the area of responsibility.
Administration of all personnel assigned to carry out the above areas of responsibility within the adopted budget of the Division. Supervise the Program Specialist IV and any research assistants or interns.
