　　Edare is seeking to hire a Product Engineer to oversee the productionline, as well as repairs for its laser metrology business area. Thisposition will coordinate with the product development on new andexisting product ideas, collaborating with product development teams andother engineers. We invite you to join the Edare team and apply yourproduction management, manufacturing engineering, and quality assuranceknowledge to a breadth of hardware intensive product. The idealcandidate will be able to apply their expertise to a broad andchallenging array of cutting-edge product development and early-stateproduction efforts. This role may be involved in a variety of aspects ofEdare, and the position may be tailored to the right individual.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Manage workflow and production staff.

　　Manage internal/external resources, inventories, budgets, schedules andsupply chain.

　　Identify, recommend and implement process improvements.

　　Provide quality assurance ensuring production procedures are properlydefined and executed.

　　Support product design changes and documentation.

　　Secondary Responsibilities:

　　Support sales efforts

　　Support customer service efforts, often as the first line ofcommunication from customers
