Position Sum m ary:
This role executes data input for creation and changes on the Vendor Master Data, which is a key function part of Procure to Payment (P2P) organization. This role is responsible for performing basic to moderately complex tasks associated with the preparation and maintenance of the Supplier data maintenance.
This position involves operation activities, execution in systems and/or processes that are routine. May require specialized training but does not require an advanced level of independent work, judgment and/or decision making.
Performs basic tasks in the organization's accounting, finance, and customer service areas. Generates routine reports, completes forms, and responds to general queries according to the requested requirements.
Main Responsibilities
Provides “back office” service to internal clients and analysts: processes documents; creates document tracking requests for internal customer inquiries; directs different cases to the department or person in charge for correct resolution; retrieves documentation for internal and external client requests; and provides the leadership team with information on important issues that arise.
Contributes to quality control by reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures, with special attention on the Global Fraud Prevention Policy; adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance; notifies management of quality problems or concerns; and share improvement recommendations for processes.
Completes assigned work and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, internal customers, and others involved in the processes; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; determines and recommends ways to address opportunities for improvement; adapts and learns from the change, difficulties and feedback provided.
Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the open-door policy; and applies them in the execution of processes.
Maintains involvement and communication via email with internal clients involved in the processes.
Provides support and makes any other request that is required by the company's needs.
Basic Requirements
High School Diploma or Higher.
1+ years of experience in Vendor Master Data, Accounts Payable, Procurement or Customer Service.
Shared Service Centers experience is desirable.
Intermediate in English: B1+ English Level.
Desirable: Basic AP (Accounts Payable) Terminology knowledge in German, Swedish, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, French.
MS Office: Word, Power Point, Outlook - Excel Basic
ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning) experience (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Mainframe).
