  The eCommerce Senior Manager will work closely with key business stakeholders, including IT, Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to plan and execute ecommerce strategy across aarons.com.

  As a team contributor, this person performs tasks effectively, develops collaborative relationships with team members, displays clear communication and acts proactively. This includes being able to use analytical skills to drive action, optimize processes for product onboarding, develop strategic assortment planning, and drive improved conversion on aarons.com. They are passionate about eCommerce, UX, new technologies, vendor partnerships, and collaboration with cross functional teams.

  Duties and Responsibilities

  Assist in Development of long-term channel vision that firmly positions aarons.com.com for sustained growth

  Manage and develop Digital Merchandising team

  Drive improvements on aarons.com business, including processes, vendor collaboration, shopper journeys / UX, post purchase etc.

  Drive improved site experience through search functionality, site merchandising, new SKU on-boarding, and collaboration with merchandising and vendors on product content.

  Collaborate and develop new key project initiatives with development and IT teams

  Partner with merchandise vendors on opportunities including marketing programs, assortment planning, improved content, and performance reviews

  Discover and evaluate new technologies or partners to improve aarons.com customer experience, functionality, and fulfillment.

  Lead quarterly storefront planning meetings and business performance reviews

  Monitor performance and develop short/mid/long term plans to enable improved performance
