Mollys Place, LLC is seeking to add an entry level E-Commerce Consumer Affairs Specialist to our team. This individual will oversee all orders moving through the E-commerce system ensuring high levels of service to our consumers at all times.Responsibilities:
Perform any necessary refunds or exchanges in line with company policies and procedures.Monitor and respond to all consumer inquiries.Ensure all concerns and complaints are dealt with in a timely and professional manner and within company guidelines and policies.Assist in / implement regular site maintenance and updates as required.To maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products at all times.To assist with implementation and support of any sales, marketing and product development initiatives.Detailed internal communication including feedback and performance reports.Expected Areas of SkillYou will be the voice of our company. To succeed in this role, you will be an engaged, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who displays great attention to detail in all your work. You are a confident communicator and active listener, committed and focused in understanding and exceeding expectations of people.Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and communication skillsSkilled in managing/directing conversation to positive outcome for both our retail partners/ consumers and our companyExperienced in mediation and conflict resolution techniques1+ years retail-related sales and customer supportKnowledge of Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and specifically Excel)Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
