　　The Salvation Army's Adult Rehabilitation Centers make a difference in people's lives. Through the collection and resale of gently used goods we are able to provide the financial support to assist men and women with a variety of social and spiritual afflictions. The in-residence rehabilitation program focuses on basic necessities with every man or woman being provided a clean and healthy living environment, good food, work therapy, leisure time activities, group and individual counseling, and spiritual direction. All our effort is focused on developing life skills and a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. More than just a job, each member of the team contributes to recycling goods that literally recycle and repair broken lives.

　　The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with managing store operations and in supervision of store personnel.

　　Responsibilities

　　The E-Commerce Manager is an advanced-level role performing a variety of duties to achieve our common goal of selling donated items online for our retail store teams. This position is the lead management role within the e-commerce department.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Major responsibilities Production:

　　Quickly and efficiently process goods across all product categories as directed.

　　Check the condition of items to ensure it meets defined quality standards.

　　Maintain established productivity goals without loss of quality of work.

　　Clean and prepare goods for sale as needed.

　　Facilitate the flow of goods throughout the sales cycle; i.e., receiving, processing, photography, listing, stocking, reverse logistics, etc.

　　Receives, moves and places carts, containers and barrels containing donations, trash, and As-Is for processing in designated areas.

　　Loads and unloads containers and transports product to appropriate areas.

　　Tracks production output as well as product levels and records on appropriate forms.

　　Places appropriate storage labels on containers.

　　Maintains work areas in a neat and orderly manner with clean-up activities performed throughout the day.

　　Record assigned metrics and complete daily reports.

　　Train new employees

　　Take photos of products for sale online within one major category segment; i.e jewelry, goods, etc

　　Quickly and efficiently enter goods into software programs across all product categories as directed.

　　Operate equipment including pallet jack, forklift, and box dumper.

　　Major responsibilities Marketing & Sales:

　　Enter product data into spreadsheets or other applications to list items online.

　　Create item titles using keywords relating to the product.

　　Advanced customer service.

　　Quality Assurance in E-Goods.

　　Advanced data entry.

　　Major responsibilities Distribution:

　　Pull orders from the stockroom and prepare for shipping.

　　Process orders with proper packaging, labeling and sorting.

　　Stock shipping supplies as directed.

　　Packing of E-Goods items including large, breakable and/or complex items.

　　Other Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Maintain neat, clean, and organized work area at all times.

　　Meet productivity goals for the assigned role on a consistent basis.

　　Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.

　　Other duties as assigned by a lead or manager.

　　Qualifications

　　Qualifications:

　　Knowledge of general arithmetic (adding/subtracting) required.

　　Experience in material handling

　　Strong organizational skills, ability to work well with others in a close office environment.

　　Strong computer skills.

　　Excellent customer service skills.

　　Ability to lead and manage a team.

　　A strong drive to succeed every day.

　　Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

　　Knowledge of e-commerce is a plus but not required.
