Description

　　Under general supervision of the Director Diagnostic Imaging & Manager, and according to established policies and procedures, performs echocardiograms to produce diagnostic data assessing heart function and capability to be used by the cardiologist to enhance the care and treatment of the patient.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Coursework/Training: Successful completion of an accredited academic program in Echocardiography.

　　National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire. Or

　　National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire.

　　National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

　　1 year of Echocardiography experience.
