　　This position reports into Operations Manager leading Finance workstream and is based at Paranaque, Philippines

　　The EBS Operations and Enablement team is looking for a Senior Data Analyst Support operational metrics reporting workstream to effectively measure the performance of Finance Shared Service processes.

　　What You Will Do

　　The Senior data Analyst will play a key role in developing and implementing pivotal financial tools, with a primary focus on cash collection, cash application, and credit management reporting. He or she will also lead development of dashboards and implement tools for process monitoring and driving automation.

　　Primary responsibilities include:

　　Leading development of reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and process efficiency.

　　Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

　　Partnering with functional and process leads to analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement and provide findings to leadership.

　　Core activities include:

　　Partnering with technology teams to design/implement/optimize data models for reporting and analytics.

　　Leveraging data processing tools such as Alteryx and Snowflake to extract, transform, and load data for analysis.

　　Employing data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to create interactive and visually appealing reports.

　　Providing support and guidance in the utilization of the SAP ERP system for finance-related data and reporting.

　　Stay current on industry best practices in reporting, analytics, and data visualization.

　　Qualifications

　　What We Are Looking For

　　Required Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

　　At least 4 years of Professional Experience

　　Proven leadership skills, such as: Project Management, Stakeholder Management

　　Proficient in Data & Analytics Tools such as: Advanced Excel, Alteryx for data processing, Tableau / Power BI / Qlik for visualization, SQL/Python for querying

　　Additional software: SAP & familiarity with financial modules.

　　Desired Qualifications

　　Prior Experience in Shared Service Organization – specifically supporting Account to Report, Invoice to Cash operations.What’s In It For You
