　　Work Experience:Shall possess 5+ years' maintenance experience with proven track record.At least one year in current position as a maintenance technician.

　　Specific Duties:Provide effective leadership and coaching to employees to achieve the required quality and productivity goals.Complete performance review ratings, training, discipline, stand-up meetings, and management task for the shift.Provide the shift-to-shift communication link in order to keep all team members working toward the same goals.Repair, service, and maintain equipment as needed at outside vendors, suppliers, customers, and other PCC locations.Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of production equipment.Troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical/hydraulic problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime of equipment.Schedule, assist, and perform regular preventative maintenance tasks.Repair and maintain other plant equipment as experience indicates.Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating in a professional manner with all employees.Observe and enforce all safety requirements required within the facility.Housekeeping and organization as required, as well as other duties as requested by manager, ensuring that all safety requirements are practiced.The ability to handle high stress associated with high activity with tight deadlines.1
