Description: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions in support of an overall corporate transformation program focused on process, data, and technical solution reengineering. This is a key role in our organization that requires a deep understanding of Power Platform solutions and integration with other systems.

　　Responsibilities Include:

　　Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements, including configurations, integrations, and Power Platform development

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality Dynamics 365 solutions

　　Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions and integrations, and provide timely technical support to end-users

　　Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, code documentation, and deployment instructions

　　Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies, and provide recommendations for process improvements and optimizations

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　-Minimum of 10 years of software development experience

　　Extensive expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration, including working with Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations

　　-Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 security models, workflows, business rules, and other customization features

　　-Familiarity with Dynamics 365 reporting and analytics tools, including Power BI

　　-Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, virtual environment

　　-Ability to translate business requirements to Dynamics 365 designs and solutions

　　Desired Skills:

　　Demonstrated experience working in agile

　　Demonstrated experience collaborating on solutions with multiple concurrent developers

　　Demonstrated experience working in Microsoft’s Government Community Cloud High environment

　　Data engineering experience in the Power BI environment

　　Experience developing .NET and Power Apps/Dynamics 365 solutions

　　Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

　　Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

　　Pay Rate:

　　The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $120,700 - $227,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. 　　The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $105,000 - $201,100 . Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
