　　Description and Requirements

　　Job Description:

　　As the Team member, you will be accountable for our Partner integration transition journey for Lenovo API/EDI connection with Partners, Partner bidding tool, and other platforms that used by our Channel Partners for dealing transactions with Lenovo.

　　The team act as SME’s terms of process design & process development based on Company Strategy and Business requirements across Lenovo’s Business groups, IDG, ISG and SSG.

　　As part of our role, we support & lead strategic initiatives such as the S4 Hana migration, EaaS for Channel and Magellan projects as an example.

　　You and the team will be working closely with the Global Process Owners, IT and the Business Channel focal & Leaders to define and deliver the best possible solution for our Channel Partners.

　　You will be the Channel go-to person for any transformational discussions and projects related to Partner Integrations which requires a solid BMS with key stake holders in every Geo and Executive status updates on a regular basis.

　　Requirements :-

　　Partner management skills, experience working with channel partners.

　　Excellent communication and strong presentation skills.

　　Passion for change and teamwork.

　　Strategic mindset and sound business acumen.

　　Experience in successful Transformation Projects; solution design, test, implementation & business process improvement.

　　Experience in leading and coaching individuals.

　　Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written.
