　　Commercial Drywal Estimator/Project Manager

　　We are actively looking to hire an experienced and motivated candidate for a Commercial Drywall Estimator position. Considered candidates must have the ability to prepare estimates and work closely with our team to direct and ensure proper delivery of multiple commercial projects like office buildings, hospitals, k-12, higher education. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate self motivation, problem solving skills, strong work ethic, exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail and organization, and above all, a commitment to a team-oriented approach. The Estimator/Project Manager role is based in our Denver, CO office. Come join our team!

　　Responsibilities:

　　• Prepare detailed estimates for selected projects by reviewing proposal specifications, take-off information, drawings, and contract requirements

　　• Oversee and supervise all aspects of project execution to ensure adherence to design, budget, and schedule. A large portion of these responsibilities include effective coordination and communication with clients, consultants, architects, the team, and other contractors and trades

　　• Monitor and control the progress of the projects by providing administrative guidance to the superintendents, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. Investigate and address any issues with the projects promptly and implement corrective measures

　　• Manage the financial aspects of contracts for the projects, including payment, income, expenses, and rental equipment, with the goal of protecting company interests while fostering positive client relationships

　　• Demonstrate the ability to bid on and manage projects in the local area as well as in regions around Colorado

　　Requirements:

　　• 2+ years of experience in estimating

　　• A focus on drywall in commercial preffered

　　• Strong knowledge in construction and job costing

　　• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting/estimating software

　　• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills

　　• Impeccable communication and organization skills with an eye for detail

　　• Working knowledge of relevant industry regulations and OSHA
