Jumeirah Creekside Hotel is a contemporary lifestyle hotel located 2km from Dubai International Airport in the heart of old Dubai. Set in landscaped grounds overlooking Dubai Creek, the hotel offers 292 rooms and suites, 21 meeting rooms, four restaurants, an award-winning spa and access to sports and leisure complex, The Aviation Club. About the Job:

To ensure that the level of service that is delivered to guest is safe and professional. To follow Jumeirah standards, aiming to exceed guest experience. To ensure that all guests are given a friendly, courteous, informative and efficient service during shuttle service transfers. To assist guest with unloading and loading of luggage. To assist and co-ordinate with the valet attendants to ensure a clean and free driveway and to call for taxis and open car doors for guests. To assist guests with information about Jumeirah hotels and Dubai.

Your main duties will include:

Report for duty punctually and wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times.

Maintains the privacy of all guests by ensuring that we follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Follow the PCI (Payment Card Industry) policy and procedure.

Follow FRAUD PREVENTION policy and procedure.

Carry their valid UAE driver’s license at all times whilst on duty.

Carry a company mobile phone at all times in order to be reachable whilst out of the hotel.

Ensure that all the vehicles are clean inside and outside on a daily basis before the first trip.

Check the vehicle Tyre pressure.

Check if there is sufficient fuel to operate the shuttle trips for the day.

AC in the vehicle should be switched on and the temperature is adjusted based on weather conditions.

Bus should be parked in designated parking area.

All guests to be welcome welcomed into the vehicle.

Whilst the guest is boarding the bus driver has to check with all guests if they have their beach tickets or room key card holder if they are visiting WW/JZS.

Ensure that all passengers have fastened seatbelts (where fitted) prior to commencing journey.

Drive safely at all times adhering to all traffic laws and speed limits keeping in mind the safety of the guests and maintain the vehicles in proper shape.

Avoid using the mobile phone when guests are in the vehicle and always use the hands-free set whilst driving.

Always adhere to the given schedule keeping in mind heavy traffic during rush hours.

Be well informed at all times about any information that might be useful to the guests (i.e. events in town, new restaurants and bars, sports and sightseeing etc.) and to pass the knowledge on to the team.

About you:

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL

Able to communicate effectively and to respond well (switched on) to questions and requests.

Well versed spoken and written English, assertive communication style

Have a valid UAE driving License of 02 years and above for Light.

DESIRED

Additional Language: Arabic, Russian or European language

Experience

Min 2 years Luxury Hotel Experience

Accustomed to handling customer complaints of varying severity.
