Description:
Processing cash receipts within SAP
Preparing spreadsheets for data entry into SAP
Miscellaneous cash receipts application
Researching and resolving duplicate payments and/or paybacks from customers
Filing
Additional duties, as determined
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
SAP experience preferred
Intermediate Excel
10 key by touch
High school diploma is required
Some college education (especially accounting) preferred
Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment in an efficient manner
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communicator, not afraid to ask questions, follow up and problem solve
Good verbal & written communication skills (Writing sample will be required)
Good documentation skills
Must be a team player and willing to assist other team members and various departments
