Our greatest asset has been, and will continue to be, our people. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Drilling Engineer within our ORCM Delaware Basin Drilling and Completion group based in Houston, TX.
· Identifies and evaluates appropriate offset wells. Leads internal well design reviews and risk assessments for assigned wells.
· Provides technical support on daily drilling operations and is the primary contact for field engineering issues.
· Provides internal and external benchmarking and end of well reports. Coordinates and communicates end of well reviews. Leads the joint review with the RMT.
· Risk Management skills, including knowledge of Risk Assessment and Management of Change
· Well Control Certification.
