　　POSITION SUMMARY:

　　A Drafter is a valuable role and will be supporting the needs of ourfield employees and customers performing drafting duties as assigned forgas pipeline projects.

　　PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Responsible for working with the engineering team to map proposedand completed construction projectsMapping subdivisions and pipelines as constructedDeveloping isometric drawingsCreate material lists for projects, and other duties as required ofa qualified DraftsmanMust be able to read and understand gas piping detailsWill be expected to learn all skills for any machine and/or softwarenecessary to accomplish tasks and all other duties as assignedOccasional field work involving right of way staking and taking GPSpoints of pipelinesEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

　　High School or GED required

　　Two years of college credit in computer aided drafting required or

　　Two years of equivalent experience in AutoCAD or ArcGis required

　　KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

　　Will be required to demonstrate qualifications and aptitude for theposition by a written and computer test usingAutoCAD{target="_blank"}

　　Experience in the use and function of drafting tools and officeequipment applicable for position

　　Experience with the application of basic arithmetic: addition,subtraction, multiplication and division. Application of decimals andpercentages.

　　Experience related to pipe, mechanical and architectural drawing

　　Drawing on job orders, completion reports and related information

　　Experience and knowledge of drawing, posting, and/or plotting maps,atlas pages, plats, legal descriptions, and diagrams
