Description We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to manage and optimize database systems. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

[5+] years of database administration experience with SQL Server, GCP, and PostgreSQL.

Expertise in database architecture, design, and administration across multiple platforms.

Skills:

Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.

Experience with cloud database solutions on GCP (e.g., Cloud SQL, BigQuery).

Knowledge of PostgreSQL administration and extensions.

Familiarity with database monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Datadog, or equivalent).

Experience with data replication, clustering, and high-availability solutions.

Solid understanding of data security best practices.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with NoSQL databases or hybrid environments.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, Google Data Engineer, or PostgreSQL certifications.
