　　As a Field Service Technician, you will be using your skills and expertise to perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on our products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. You'll be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying our products and updating and tracking the status of all field related equipment. You'll build and maintain effective relationships with our customers and provide them with onsite training.

　　Must-haves:

　　Currently serving as active duty military and be eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program

　　High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience

　　A higher-level degree may substitute for experience

　　Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education

　　Basic understanding of technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications

　　Experience using troubleshooting techniques

　　Understanding of electrical wiring concepts

　　Ability to frequently travel outside the continental US, typically for extended periods of time

　　An active U.S. Secret security clearance is required

　　Preferred:

　　Associate's degree in a related field of study

　　Experience with FCC or FCC GROL

　　Prior experience with Security+, Network+, CCNA and/or A+ Basic understanding of Spectrometer, Oscilloscope and/or Pilot Static Equipment gauges

　　Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
