Responsibilities: Direct and supervise all processes to produce products that meet specifications, including the accurate completion of records and reports. Encourage and promote teamwork, continuous improvement, and properly train employees to complete their job functions in a safe, efficient manner. Execute daily labeling and shipping plans. Make decisions relating to product quality, staffing, and equipment function. Provide support to the Assistant Distribution Manager and Supervisors/Leads within the department. Coordinate activities with other departments. Employee relations. Promote and ensure safety of all employees. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Good attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness and ability to function in a team environment. Strong communication and organization skills. Must be a self-starter with good time management skills and the ability to make logical decisions. Ability to work with all levels of the organization including other departments. 4-year college degree and/or equivalent supervisory experience in a production setting.
