Pay: $22.00-$26.00/hour

Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Hybrid position: office located in Westerville, OH

3 days in office/2 days remote

Job Description:

Provide specialized support for Consumer Loan Servicing teams (Escrow, Mortgage Insurance, Investor Reporting, etc.) and others as needed with tasks such as; production support, report creation, process change, and development support. Will utilize technical knowledge, along with collaborating with internal and external business partners to align both technical and process solutions with Loan Services business strategies.

Maintains, monitors, updates assigned business processes and systems

Research problems and take appropriate action to correct

Tests and implements business processes and system modifications

May develop and provides user training for new and existing application, products and procedures

Develops and updates documentation to support policies and procedures

Develops, generates, maintains and monitors reports, files, and other data

Responds to questions and may provide specialized support to internal and external customers as needed

May act as a liaison between vendors and process/system users or between users and other corporate areas

Other duties as assigned

Additional Skills Qualifications:

3+ years in consumer loan servicing or mortgage job functions (ideally in escrow, investor reporting, mortgage insurance, or set up)

Working in a Project Manager or Business Analyst capacity is a plus (not required)

Excellent problem-solving skills

Process improvement or reporting experience

Above average Excel skills and ability to run/conduct reporting

High school diploma or equivalent

Reliable - ability to work in-office 3 days/week
