Pay Rate: $21.63/Hour

Part- Time Shifts Vary: and Must be Flexible on shift hours.

10:00/11:00am- 4:00pm Sunday-Thursday

10:00/11:00pm-4:00/4:30am Monday-Thursday

What’s the Job?

Plans, tracks, and coordinates activities to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of hub operations.

Adheres to quality standards effective use of staff.

Oversees inbound flow, inventory control/accuracy, and outbound flow activities.

Develops processes and procedures to support the loading, unloading, and sortation of packages, and participates in the development of requirements for hub support systems.

Maintains deep knowledge of hub systems and technologies to support frontline teams.

Maintains information of hub operations activities that support hub operation performance metrics and operations process improvement.

Provides administrative or technical support to ensure effective on-going operations.

Applies knowledge of established processes and procedures to execute with excellence.

Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area by evaluating and selecting solutions from established options.
