Must be able to articulate experience in training and/or curriculum development. Experience in curriculum development should include including conducting needs assessments, building training materials, training support packages, and documentation. Teaching experience in multiple formats (Face to face, online, and blended environments) is desirable. Experience with Interactive Media Instruction Authoring software is a must. The ability to teach using previously prepared materials is a must. Expect to travel XX% of the time. Strong written and oral communication skills are a must.

Qualifications for Training Specialists - J7 (Direct Support to Training)

Ability to obtain a TOP SECRET security clearance with eligibility for SCI access (SECRET to start; TS granted within one year).

Certified in the use of Adobe Captivate 2017 or newer. Acceptable certification is an “Adobe Certified Professional: Adobe Captivate.” Adobe certifications are valid for a period of two years. ( https://www.adobe.com/products/captivate/certificate.html ) or a background in graphic arts and computer skills. If you have the alternative skill set, Adobe Captivate certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Remain current with training on the latest Captivate version releases and maintain certifications IAW Adobe standards (see above).
