Description Responsibilities:

　　Assign, monitor, and manage schedules for various projects.

　　Maintain open communication lines between field staff, project managers, and other stakeholders.

　　Track and document all dispatch information accurately.

　　Assign work orders to respective teams and evaluate job performance.

　　Handle and efficiently manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing time-sensitive assignments.

　　Respond promptly and professionally to any emergencies or unexpected incidents.

　　Adhere strictly to all company and safety regulations.

　　Coordinate communication between clients, workforce, and other professionals.

　　Stay updated on industry trends and safety protocols.

　　Requirements:

　　Proven experience as a Dispatcher in a construction or engineering industry.

　　Familiarity with industry-specific terminologies and processes.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

　　Capacity to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively.

　　Superior multitasking and time-management skills.

　　Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant computer applications.

　　Flexible with working hours - may include weekends, nights, and holidays.

　　Stay updated with relevant safety protocols and procedures. Requirements

　　Dispatching, Construction Industry Experience, Customer Service, Computer Aided Dispatch. Previous Dispatch experience is required.
