　　Responsibilities

　　Supervise all aspects of the dispatch operation, coordinating and monitoring repair service requests, maintaining contact with stakeholders, manage the scheduling, training, development, and performance evaluations of the dispatch department

　　Develop, implement, and enforce all departmental policies, procedures, and standards of quality and performance

　　Respond in a timely manner to requests from management for various information

　　Handle emergency situations that arise and communicate solutions to the appropriate team members and management team

　　Qualifications

　　No college degree required

　　Minimum 2 years' related dispatch and supervisory experience

　　Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license

　　Work rotating shifts which include nights, weekends, and holidays

　　Awareness of relevant safety and security practice

　　Physical Requirements

　　Lift and move up to 40 lbs

　　Walking and standing for entire length of shift with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, kneeling, and carrying
