Every colleague isencouraged to participate in our Recruit Awesome People program, helping usgrow Convergint by promoting our colleague-first culture and referring toptalent to the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers.Processes completed work order tickets and invoices according to CTCguidelines and customer playbook.Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching (backup todispatch Service Coordinator), tracking and scheduling of calls, callstatus tracking and call changes, entering new sites, modifying existingsites and handling general enquiries. May provide support and backup forother areas of the business.Attends weekly planning sessions and conducts weekly service paperworkreconciliation.May participate in quality assurance calls/inquiries to customers as needed.May provide Service Quotes to customers with the assistance of the Supervisor.Completes projects and specials assignments by determining priorities,managing time, and making adjustments to plans.Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

  What You'll NeedExceptional telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to workunder pressure.Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.Basic financial knowledge and skills-ability to understand basic financialssuch as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc.Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects taskssimultaneously.Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamicwork environment.Strong ability to problem solveCompany Benefits and PerksConvergint fosters a supportive, accessible, and inclusive environment inwhich individuals of different backgrounds and identities are able to realizetheir maximum potential within the company.
