The LinkedIn Global Revenue team’s charter is to enable the business to achieve more, enabling revenue growth with scalable, compliant solutions. Committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible, we are seeking a strong and influential leader to join our team as the Director, Revenue Global Initiatives. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving change, fostering collaboration, and spearheading strategic initiatives that align with our long-term vision.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and articulate a comprehensive strategy aligned with the Global Revenue team’s overall vision and goals.
Drive innovation and lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
Change Management:
Effectively navigate and lead the team through a significant period of change as the organization evolves our roles, processes and systems/tools.Global Collaboration:
Foster collaboration and unity across diverse teams and regions.
Lead by example in promoting a culture of inclusivity, openness, and respect for different perspectives.
Long-Term Vision:
Develop and communicate a clear long-term vision for the Global Initiatives team.
Continuously assess external trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities to adapt and evolve the long-term vision.
Team Development:
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team capable of executing on global initiatives.
Provide leadership and support to broader team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with key stakeholders, both internally within the revenue/controllership team and external across LinkedIn, to build strong, influential partnerships and alliances.Execution Excellence:
Define and execute a thoughtful, intentional and predictable rhythm of the business, establishing annual cadence for the team around finance, planning, and HR performance management cycles.
Establish and monitor key reporting views and business communications to drive insight and inform decisions.
Develop framework to help build business acumen across the team.
Provide regular updates and communications to team and leadership on initiatives, results, and performance.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant accounting, finance, or business experience
3+ years of leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related discipline or equivilent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in driving change initiatives at scale.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively unify diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
A track record of building and leading high-performing teams or initiatives
Global mindset with experience working across different cultures and regions.
Proven success in leading global initiatives and driving organizational change.
Occasional international travel required.

The pay range for this role is $149,000 - $242,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
