Description

　　We are seeking a dynamic individual to join an exciting company in the Raritan Township area as the Billing Specialist. This role is 100% in the office, Monday-Friday. In this role, you will be responsible for handling 3rd Party invoices and managing various billing platforms. Your duties will include acquiring information to close out service transactions, invoicing Brokerage Transactions to Customers and Suppliers, and efficiently managing and calculating price increases/changes.

　　As a Billing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in updating counterparty information, overseeing diversion reports, and handling special project orders. Comprehensive computer skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel, are a must for success in this position. Your organizational skills will shine as you act as a liaison with the Sales Team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

　　The ideal candidate will have -

　　1 year or more billing experience.
