　　Director of Nursing Post Intensive Care Unit II- Full Time

　　Job Summary

　　Registered nurse with the accountability and supervision of all registered nurses on a 46 bed highly acute medical/surgical unit and other healthcare providers who deliver care to patients in the inpatient setting,

　　Director is responsible for staffing, scheduling, payroll, recruitment and retention, performance review, and professional development; is involved in the budget formulation process; is responsible and accountable for safety, service, and quality outcomes; helps plan for, organize, and lead the delivery of nursing care for a designated patient care area,

　　Job Qualifications:BSN Degree. Master s Degree preferred. One to three years managerial experience preferred but not required. One to two years experience within specialty is required. Specialty may be required, according to the needs of the individual units. Demonstrated professional development over time (i.e. national certification, continuing education, etc.).

　　Current New Jersey RN Licensure required. National Certification preferred. BLS required
