　　What You’ll Do: Enterprise Bank has an exciting opportunity in our Wealth Management department! We are looking for a Director of Investments and Chief Investment Officer to join our exceptional team. The Director of Investments and CIO is a senior member of the management team of Enterprise Wealth Management. The Director of Investments and CIO manages Enterprise Wealth Management’s overall investment process and is responsible for Enterprise Wealth Management’s investment offerings including asset allocation, tactical positioning, portfolio design, manager selection and review, and proprietary and non-proprietary investment strategies. This position has direct responsibility for team members who build and manage all client investment portfolios, development and selection of investment solutions, and all functions related to investment management. The individual in this position chairs the Investment Committee and may serve as Senior Portfolio Manager for individual and institutional clients. This role strategizes, develops, and implements processes ensuring consistency in the management of our investment portfolios to support clients in achieving their goals, as well as facilitating the scalability of investment solution delivery. The Director of Investments and CIO directs the long-term investment strategy for all client portfolios, manages members of the investment team, supports client retention and new business development, and contributes to the department’s strategy planning. Additionally, this position is responsible for identifying and assessing potential investment solutions and vehicles, monitoring investment performance at the strategy, security, and client portfolio levels, development of communications and support materials for internal and external audiences and strengthening the visibility and reputation of Enterprise Wealth Management and Enterprise Bank.

　　This position is eligible for Hybrid, or Onsite schedule. Candidates from MA, NH, and ME only.

　　Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, optimally in a business-related discipline (Accounting or Finance preferred); advanced degree preferred and seventeen to twenty years of experience successfully working in senior-level investment management roles within a wealth management organization, ideally including five years or more serving as a Chief Investment Officer or equivalent combination of education and experience. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) professional designation required.
