　　Fast growing real estate developer is looking to add on a Director of Investment due to growth. Reports to the CEO leading the effort into scaling the company into multiple regions. Point person on rapid sustainable growth.

　　responsibilities:

　　Responsible for the company's investment in North America, covering financial and strategic deals

　　Post-deal integration and management, including deal closing, project management, exit, etc.

　　Influences and negotiates to achieve business objectives

　　Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business

　　Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues

　　Create and manage project investment KPIs

　　Manage monthly investor report and investor calls

　　Budget and forecasting on new and ongoing projects

　　Source and manage debt and equity on development projects

　　Manage line of credit to fund projects before entitlement approvals

　　Helps determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy

　　qualifications:

　　Requirements:

　　BS Degree

　　5 - 7 years of relevant experience

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Strong analytical and problem solving skills

　　Experience with real estate/development industry a plus

　　On-site role in the East Bay
