  This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

  Your Responsibilities

  As a Data Science Manager - Lead Gen for Intelligent Solutions Group located in Austin, TX, Urbandale, IA, or Moline, IL, you will:

  Lead and direct a team of analytics professionals in delivering high-quality statistical analysis and predictive modeling of sales leads to dealers.

  Prepare and facilitate regular communication to internal and external stakeholders and provide business insights to operations, and division or function leaders derived from analysis performed by the team.

  Manage and provide work direction to a group of global professional staff, including ensuring availability of appropriate resources, coaching, performance management, monitoring progress against established goals, and associated administrative duties.

  Oversee development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of models, processes and procedures to identify, initiate and deliver opportunities for data-driven insight that will improve business results.

  Oversee the management of data collection, data analysis and systems to track and identify problems.

  What Skills You Need

  Ability to break down and understand complex business problems, define a solution and implement it using advanced quantitative methods.

  Must be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have experience working with customers across the globe.

  Familiarity with programming for data analysis, ideally Python and SQL.

  Intermediate knowledge on software development principles and architecture, including cloud technologies.

  Demonstrates a commitment to servant leadership by prioritizing the needs of the team, fostering open communication, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

  What Makes You Stand Out

  Knowledge of advanced data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis and machine-learning.

  Understanding of Sales & Marketing and dealer sales channel.

  Programming skills necessary to create and maintain applications.

  Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  Experience leading projects and/or initiatives.

  Education

  Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  A quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, computer science, information technology, economics and engineering, statistics)What You'll Get
