JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Title: Director of Human Resources Company: SienaCatholic Schools of Racine Location: Racine, WI The Director of HumanResources is responsible for shaping, cultivating, and sustaining theoverall cultural and human resources strategy, ensuring HR processes andprocedures are in place while also ensuring the Siena mission, vision,and values are interwoven. The Director of Human Resources, (DHR), willdetermine, develop and execute human resources strategies in support ofbusiness plans and strategic direction specifically in the disciplinesof talent management, organizational and performance management,compensation and benefits, and succession planning. The DHR articulateshuman resources timelines and projects and other pertinent informationpresented to Siena leadership, the Board of Directors, and other staffas needed. Additionally, the DHR will act as the primary line of supportfor employee relations and upholds the Catholic mission and brandidentity of Siena Catholic Schools. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure HR strategies are aligned with the organization\'s mission,vision, and strategic plans and act as an organization ambassadordemonstrating an intimate understanding of the organization and itsplans Consistently brings an HR perspective to organizational planningAct as subject matter expert and provide support to staff for allHR-related issues Act as organization ambassador demonstrating anintimate understanding of the organization\'s mission, vision, andstrategic plans Member of the Senior Leadership Team partnering withleadership peers to drive HR process improvements, develop and implementchange Maintain employee relations including but not limited to,conflict resolution, investigations, compensation, and attendanceDevelop rapport with cross-functional teams, including partnering withPrincipals and staff on-site at all Siena locations Ensure compliancewith local, state, and federal regulations as well as organizationalpolicies Participate in developing, forecasting, planning, and managingthe organization\'s budgets Actively participate in talent acquisitionto fill open positions Develop and maintain the hiring and onboardingprocess for new employees Partner with managers to ensure the completionof employee performance reviews Maintain employee personnel files, andensure confidentiality at all times Collaboratively coordinate staffprofessional development opportunities Develop and delivercommunications on varied topics to diverse audiences in written andverbal formats Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources,Business, or a related field, is required.
