　　Introduction: This position is for IO Design Architect who will own the architectures and End-to-End development of IO IPs. The successful candidate needs to have an exceptional background in CMOS design, End-to-end Analog/IO IP development experience, and needs to be a team player with a solution-oriented approach.

　　Your Job:

　　● Responsible for the development and delivery of IO IPs (GPIO, LVDS, SSTL, HSTL, MIPI, etc) in multiple technology nodes and achieving corresponding PPA indicators

　　● Responsible for defining IO IP architecture design and circuit design, simulation verification and reliability assurance

　　● Collaborate in the design and implementation of test chips, packaging design, test board design, post-silicon testing, and qualification

　　● Participate in market competition analysis, roadmap planning, and product definition

　　● Act as a Subject Matter Expert for internal and 3rd party IP evaluation and customer communication

　　● Mentor engineers in delivering high quality designs

　　● Supervise layout engineers and ensure the delivery of high quality layouts

　　● Drive a culture of innovation

　　● Work with cross-geo, cross-vertical teams to deliver Org level KPIs

　　Other Responsibilities:

　　· Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

　　Required Qualifications:

　　● BS + 16 years/ MS + 14 years/ PhD + 12 or more years of experience on IO Design - GPIO, LVDS, SSTL, HSTL, MIPI

　　● Expert knowledge of various GPIO circuit structures and design/verification methodologies, and of analog circuit design processes

　　● Expert understanding of Standard CMOS, FinFet and SOI technologies

　　● In-depth understanding and design experience of ESD requirements and design

　　● Multiple successful tapeouts in IO Ips including silicon bring up and debug experience

　　● Expert knowledge of Cadence tools – Virtuoso schematic editor, ADE-XL, Spectre

　　● Supervise layout engineers in delivering high quality layouts

　　● Excellent technical verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams

　　● Ability to drive multiple concurrent projects along with PMO org and achieve the defined KPIs

　　● Excellent problem-solving skills, written & oral communication, teaming & interpersonal skills

　　● Language Fluency – Fluent in English Language – written & verbal

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　● Understanding of Automotive IP development process including ISO26262 and AECQ-100 requirements

　　● Understanding of GPIO IP market and competitive landscape

　　● Experience in product roadmap planning and product definition

　　● Familiarity with standard engineering practices like Version Control systems, Configuration Management and Regression process
