We need your writing expertise and creativity to execute an impactful human resources internal communications strategy.This role will also lead employee engagement activities to build upon our employee-centric workplace culture while providing guidance and counsel to senior leaders on all aspects of internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will also drive First American's efforts in supporting our workplace communities.What You'll do* Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources communications strategy that aligns with our HR Strategy and aligns company's business objectives.* Engage as needed with corporate marketing partners to bring employee experience into processes,communications, and strategies.* Partner with COE leaders to develop and execute human resources communications across all areas of HR.* Event support such as town halls, Employee Appreciation Week, etc..* Develop and maintain an HR calendar of events, effective channels of communication including email, and CHRO communications.* Provide foundational design on strategy and brand to maximize visual appealDevelop compelling and succinct copy for all HR communications* Partner with marketing leaders, corporate communications, and executive team on cross company reviews/approvals* Proactively provide ideas to help drive increased employee engagement and satisfaction* Ensure that all HR communications are timely, accurate and relevant to the needs of employees* Deploy all communications through internal communications deployment system, including identifying/managing distribution lists* Capture metrics and provide analysis to evaluate performance and gauge success* Work closely with other departments to ensure that internal communications align with the overall business strategy and organizationalgoals* Work alongside partners in legal to ensure compliance with all requirements related to communicationsWhat You'll Bring* Demonstrated competency in executing strategic plans.* Success in creating and driving effective employee engagement activities.* A passion for being embedded in all human resources initiatives and taking initiative for improvement.* Not only excellent written and verbal communication skills, but the love for writing including the ability to communicate complexinformation clearly and concisely.* Foundational design skills - design team available for complex design needs.* Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and across departments to achieve goals and experience leading a small communications team.* Ability to juggle multiple projects and seamlessly shift priorities* Decisive and ability to drive to results* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience* 8+ years progressive management experience* 10+ years in corporate communicat
