About Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

　　In support of Planned Parenthood of Central and Western New York (PPCWNY)’s mission, the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion works in partnership with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, overseeing the development, implementation and advancement of PPCWNY’s equity, diversity and inclusion strategy, including the organization’s strategic plan regarding intersectionality, internal equity and inclusion. The Director of DEI provides leadership and consultation at all levels of the organization to overcome barriers and identify and implement policies and practices that advance PPCWNY’s goal of improving health equity.

　　Minimum Salary: 80,350.40Maximum Salary: 102,668.8Salary Unit: Yearly
