  About the Role:

  We are looking for a marketing leader who can build a team and comprehensive set of marketing programs that includes integrated demand generation campaigns, Account Based Marketing, executive marketing initiatives and customer storytelling and advocacy.

  This is a brand new role for Europe and needs a "player manager" who can build a team from the ground up and roll their sleeves up to create and kickstart the programs listed above. The role requires experience of having built and run these kinds of programs before with the energy, enthusiasm, hands-on mentality and scrappiness to create a new team and suite of marketing capabilities.

  The role will require close alignment with regional field marketing teams but also corporate functions based in the US. We are looking for someone who can help connect the dots and bridge central marketing functions with execution and delivery in Europe. The role will require great communication skills, ability to foster relationships and be the glue across a number of marketing functions and channels.

  We need someone who thinks about the customer first and the experiences they have with Crowdstrike but also the challenges they face dealing with an increasingly complex set of cybersecurity issues.

  We need someone who can connect with a wide range of personas through a number of marketing channels and shape the right message for the right person at the right time. This could be delivering a business value message to senior executives at an EBC all the way to telling the story of how a security analyst helped protect their organisation.

  What You'll Do: Build a customer advocacy program that delivers European flagship customer moments and integrated customer campaigns across video, press, case studies, earning calls, webinars, events Build the strategy and lead, transform and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build demand, grow revenue and raise awareness of the CrowdStrike platform across a number of solution areas and audiences Build executive programs in the regions that includes Executive Briefing Centres, Customer Advisory Boards, hospitality, big bet and top account programs that help customers go "all-in" on Crowdstrike, grow existing accounts and get the value business value of our platform Build a new Account Based Marketing program aligned to verticals, regions, top accounts/big bets and help build new pipeline but support account expansion and up-sell cross sell and a senior audience level The priority for the role is to start with customer advocacy first and then look to build out exec programs and then ABM Build out a new team over the medium term to scale these programs across EuropeWhat You'll Need: Experience of building integrated marketing campaigns spanning multiple marketing channels that generates pipeline and raises awareness of Crowdstrike and its solutions. Customer advocacy and storytelling skills to show the value & benefits organisations get from adopting Crowdstrike's platform. These stories could be case studies, press releases, webinars, presentations etc. Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience to be able to create demand in a specific set of accounts. We are looking for practical ABM approaches that can be created and executed together with our sales and SDR teams. Understanding of executive programs to help Crowdstrike to get to CxOs and higher in organisations so they understand the business impact and value from going "all in" on the Crowdstrike platform. This may include up-sell/cross-sell/expansion motions across campaigns, ABM and exec programs to thread together a number of programs to amplify their effect.Key Stakeholders: Regional marketing teams in Europe Sales leadership and Crowdstrike executive teams Corporate marketing teams based in the US (PR, advocacy, execs) Corporate campaign team and product marketing Marketing leadership Sales/marketing operations Business value consulting teams Bonus Points: Experience in cybersecurity is a benefit.
