　　About the Role :

　　CrowdStrike India is looking for an experienced accounting professional with hands-on experience in General Ledger accounting. This is a new position and will take on interesting and challenging responsibilities as our organization continues to grow in both size and complexity.

　　Key Competencies:Strong written & oral communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlinesMust be detail-oriented and able to perform multiple tasks at the same timeAble to review and analyze a process, recommend and implement improvementsStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially ExcelWhat You'll Do:Prepare and record asset, liability, and expenses entries by compiling and analysing account informationPrepare account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts to support recorded balances and track activityCollaborates with other departments to ensure that business transactions are appropriately accounted forParticipate in the monthly accounting close process and MoM variances based on trendPreparation of accrual journals and reversal entriesAssist in statutory audit works of public listed companiesInvolved in finalization of statutory audit of financial statementsCalculate the commission expense and booking of necessary entries in ERPPerform analysis on commission expense to identify any potential adjustment or reason for MoM variance.Assist in development and documentation of processes and procedures, monitoring of internal controls and identification of opportunities for efficienciesEnsuring global consistency in accounting process and practice where possiblePerformed accounting processes in compliance with SOXAd hoc projects, as deemed necessaryWhat You'll Need:C.A. (Chartered Accountant) with 4-7 years of Accounting / General Ledger and Reporting experienceShift Timing : 2 PM IST to 11 PM ISTStrong understanding of ERP (NetSuite experience is preferred)Experience with a "Shared Resource Centre" will be a big plus#LI-SK1
