Description

　　Robert Half is currently recruiting a director of customer success for a client of ours in the transportation industry. This individual will craft and configure the day-to-day operations of customer service group. This is a diverse and exciting position that will be responsible for the following:

　　Oversee and manage five customer service employees in the office

　　Manage the relationship with the oversee customer service call center

　　Implement policies and procedures to modernize and streamline the customer function

　　Oversee any type of disputes, fraud, or additional conflicts the department may be tasked with managing

　　Oversee and execute the department budget

　　Ensure customer service compliance

　　Requirements

　　A bachelor's degree is required

　　A minimum of 5 years experience managing a customer service team is required

　　Demonstrated CRM proficiency

　　Industry experience within the transportation or payment sector is strongly preferred

　　Excellent communication and management skills
