　　Medpace is continuing to add Sr. level Directors and experienced ProjectManagers to join our Clinical Trial Management Group in our newly establishedoffice in Denver, CO. This position will be responsible for mentoring CTMsas well as overseeing projects and sponsor relationships. Our therapeuticareas of focus include Oncology, Cardiovascular/Metabolic, InfectiousDisease, Neuroscience, and more. 　　Responsibilities

　　Mentor Clinical Trial Managers, Project Coordinators, and other study teammembers in the Denver, CO officeManage and provide accountability for day-to-day operations of the project,as defined by the contract and according to ICH/GCP and all other applicablelaws, rules, and regulationsServe as primary Sponsor contact for operational project-specific issues andstudy deliverablesMaintain in depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indicationProvide cross-functional oversight of internal project team members anddeliverables, which includes ensuring all necessary project-specifictraining is providedReview and provide input for study protocol, edit check specifications,data analysis plan, and final study report, when applicableDevelop operational project plansManage risk assessment and executionManage study vendors where applicableManage site quality and monitoring deliverablesWork collaboratively with HR to support recruitment of new staff in DenverofficeServe as an escalation point for Clinical Operations in the Denver officeImplement and support Medpace corporate strategies in Denver officeOrganize a cross-functional leadership team to align and support allassociates in the Denver office.

　　Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; Advanced degree in ahealth-related field preferredExperience in Phases 1-4; Phases 2-3 preferred5+ years as a project/clinical trial manager within a CROManagement of overall project timelineBid defense experienceStrong leadership skillsCompensationA target salary range of $175,000 - $250,000. Your compensation willbe based on your skills and years of relevant experience.
