　　We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team of compassionate veterinary professionals. Pumpkin Hill Veterinary Clinic is a family owned 3 doctor practice providing traditional and holistic care in rural Western New York. We offer both large and small animal services including radiology, surgery, acupuncture, chiropractic, laser, and much more. Applicants must be enthusiastic about client education: we love our clients and our patients! Our staff works together to provide the best veterinary care possible. Applicant must be a team player and willing to help where needed.Hours: Availability Monday - Friday 7:30am-7:30pm and alternating Saturdays 8-2

　　Answering the telephone in an efficient manner; answer questions and greet guests, taking messages when appropriate.Managing the flow of office visitors throughout the day.Exhibiting a friendly, helpful attitude; keeping desk tidy and organized.Escorting people to the appropriate personnel or office locations.Schedule appointments and surgeries appropriately.Handling incoming faxes and packages; ensuring they are placed in the proper location.Have a working knowledge of relevant software packages, database systems, and faxing services.Any additional requested services.Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
