CHC Addiction Services is a non-profit social service agency in the Akron area providing comprehensive treatment, primary health care, prevention, and housing services for addictive and compulsive behaviors and disorders.We are currently seeking a Director for our Adolescent Services program. The Director will provide direct service to adolescent patients through group and individual counseling. Will supervise Adolescent staff and adolescent counseling programming, including IOP, IHBT, and MAT/ detox. Will be responsible for maintaining compliance with OhioMHAS and sustain positive community relationships to help expand the program.Minimum requirements: Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Must have license or credential which conforms to OhioMHAS regulations pertaining to independent counseling and supervision services, such as LPCC-S or LISW-S. Must have experience in supervision. Knowledge and experience with Health Education and Mental Health Care practices. Must have the personality and self-confidence to develop strong and productive relationships with other mental health/healthcare agencies, patients, and staff.
