Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related and nine (9) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: executing credit related activities and deal-related documentation for Latin American corporate clients including performing credit analysis, preparing credit presentations, structuring loan transactions, and negotiating legal documentation in Spanish; performing credit analysis to assess creditworthiness of borrowers; preparing financial projections and financial modeling; utilizing telecommunications industry expertise; managing client relationships including working with treasury and funding products; interacting with clients and working with LatAm branches and lawyers.
