Job Description:
As the Director, Marketing Europe and APAC, you direct the development of company marketing programs. You are responsible for assessment of existing and potential markets, coordination of technical product development, development of product strategies, definition of promotional activities and product launch. Your activities may include technical sales support; product advertising/promotion; planning, developing, and implementing multiple channel programs; and directing the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Devise and execute integrated marketing growth strategies and thought leadership in line with regional revenue goalsManage the European and APAC marketing team goals and budget, ensuring judicious allocation and tangible outcomesSpearhead cross-functional endeavors to deliver comprehensive go-to-market strategyBoost brand awareness across EU markets with pioneering campaigns and thought leadershipGuide, nurture, and grow a team of 5 marketing professionals to reach their full potential. Proactively adjust marketing strategies based on an astute analysis of regional market trends

Extensive experience in a strategic marketing role within B2B, SaaS, or digital marketing. Familiarity with affiliate marketing industryProven leadership in guiding teams through rapid growth within brisk environments. Robust analytical prowess, including financial stewardship and return on investment optimizationExceptional communicative skills for potent cross-cultural and multifunctional cooperationSkilled in maneuvering through the digital marketing/media landscape, attuned to cultural subtletiesFlexibility to travel as needed especially between London and Brighton offices
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Marketing or related field, or comparable experienceAt least 7 years in a significant strategic marketing roleMinimum of 3 years in a leadership positionFluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficialEligibility to work in the UK
