  Job Overview:

  IQT is looking for a Director, Internal Communications, specifically a passionate, strategic, and energetic experienced internal communications lead to manage our employee communication and engagement efforts. Responsible for driving IQT’s internal communications strategy and delivering a compelling and cohesive narrative, this role will work with senior leadership and a variety of global stakeholders to shape messaging and ensure our colleagues are collaborating, staying aware of IQT’s mission and values, as well as engaging and soliciting employee input.

  The Director, Internal Communications will develop and execute strategic company-wide initiatives, programs, events, campaigns, and announcements that drive impact and engagement.

  Responsibilities

  Build on and successfully drive IQT’s internal communications strategy and reinforce the external brand internally.

  Manage all internal campaigns and needed firm-wide communications keeping employees apprised of marketing efforts, branding initiatives[FL1]

  Collaborate with Human Resources, Chief of Staff, Marketing, Events, IT, and other departments as needed to create and support the development of internal content production processes and workflows to deliver high-quality messaging in an efficient and effective way.

  Collaborate with Marketing & Communications colleagues to ensure there is alignment and consistency between internal and external activities, experiences, and communications.

  Create and develop IQT’s internal communications platforms, including but not limited to the company newsletter and intranet.

  Cultivate unique and unexpected tactics to engage teammates. Proactively identify and create new opportunities to continually up level our internal communications programs.

  Partner with Human Resources to define and implement cultural best practices, utilizing strategic thinking and creativity to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.

  Assist with enhancing and executing a global internal communications strategy and program, including ongoing assessment and measurement.

  Manage internal crisis communications, ensuring all employees are informed.

  Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant.

  Provide strategic advice, counsel, and communications support.

  Support overall company growth, and purpose goals.

  Qualifications

  Strong ability to prioritize and provide counsel to internal partners.

  Direct experience managing internal communications programs and initiatives.

  Proven written and verbal communications.

  Ability to thrive and pivot in a fast paced, and at times, ambiguous environment.

  Possess top-notch interpersonal skills.

  Experience working and editing within digital and print mediums.

  Excellent multi-tasking skills, able to set own priorities, and work under deadline pressure.

  High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  Minimum of 5 years’ experience creating and executing integrated internal communications and change management plans for a global organization and its leadership.

  BA/BS degree in Journalism, English, or Communications preferred.
