　　We work on a hybrid model and this role will have to be on site/in person 3 days a week within our New York City office.

　　Job Description

　　Lay the groundwork for and contribute to day-to-day reporting needs for client marketing efforts.

　　Work on brand campaigns, acquisition campaigns, data operations projects, and digital media testing strategies

　　Keep a pulse on day-to-day performance data, including display media, site, search, and/or social campaigns

　　Use a variety of reporting systems, data transformation tools, and databases for the creation of recurring reports and dashboards

　　Identify nuances in data to optimize our clients’ business

　　Work with internal teams and clients around the world to support marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, industry research, and ad-hoc performance reporting

　　Qualifications

　　1-3 years of work experience in a relevant industry

　　Obsession with attention to detail and highly critical thinker

　　Passion for digital marketing, eagerness to learn in a constantly-changing space, and a natural curiosity

　　Clear, concise communicator

　　Proficiency in Excel required; other data analysis tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Looker, Power BI, Knime, or Tableau a plus

　　Comfortable in a very fast-paced and deadline-driven environment; adaptable and able to change gears quickly
