　　Summary Description:

　　• Lead financial officer for AP Region's Services vertical consisting of Data & Services and Cyber & Intelligence business units for the Region (~$1B in annual revenue, comprising 1/3+ of AP's total revenue across all business lines)

　　• Team members: 1 analyst, 1 senior analyst and 1 manager will report into this Director role. The role will report to FP&A lead in AP (who reports to the AP CFO)

　　• Act as the CFO to the Regional Services Head end to end for all FP&A activities (budgeting, forecasting, O&Rs) as well as business analytics, process improvement, policy incubation and implementation, customer engagement model structuring & approvals and critical business reviews with senior management

　　• Involves complex stakeholder management across multiple functions (business, controllership, legal, product, etc.) and geographies (wide range of markets within and outside of AP as well as the global HQ)

　　• Looking for seasoned finance professional with business partnering experience who enjoys problem solving and up for navigating/managing multiple stakeholders

　　Detailed Overview:

　　APAC is one of Mastercard's high growth regions with a key strategic focus and priority for driving preference and delivering on long-term strategy. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally with regional and global teams including key stakeholders and team members in D&S and C&I BU's.

　　Candidate will develop a deep understanding of the Mastercard business and be able to utilize the knowledge into making well-thought out and sound recommendations acting as a financial advisor to key stakeholders in various functions.

　　Key responsibilities:

　　• Finance business partner support in both BAU and strategic activities, including business case development and assessment for customer engagements, investments, new initiatives, pricing model evaluations and cost analysis

　　• Core FP&A deliverables such as budgeting, forecasting, O&Rs, variance analysis, etc.

　　• Help drive strategy across the region with valuable insights through prioritization and decision making

　　• Share, implement and tailor benchmark practices from other regions globally

　　• P&L Management: Gain a deep understanding of the P&L for the business units, inclusive of expense lines

　　• Analytics: Oversee the management & reporting of financials and FTE and provide relevant performance analytics. Prepare standard analytics and reportings

　　• Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of short and long-term strategies to enhance Mastercard profitability and competitive leverage. Provide consultative support, thought leadership, strategy development, innovative ideas and approaches to the senior management team

　　• Assist on financial process improvements by building and maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and modeling

　　• Working closely with APAC Divisions to understand the market level business environment and nuances
