About Director, Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing

  Description

  Publicis Sapient is looking for a global marketing professional to lead the strategy across our recruitment marketing team. A successful candidate is well-versed in Employer Branding and has a proven track record in designing and catalyzing a recruitment marketing strategy with an innovative mindset. They will lead a global team towards making Publicis Sapient the best place to work globally. This role will play an instrumental part in helping attract several thousand new colleagues annually, in close alignment with other business areas, to support the rapid growth and development of Publicis Sapient's employer brand into a state-of-the-art attraction and retention system.

  Working closely with our CMO, the global head of employer brand & recruitment marketing will be responsible for creating strategic targets and goals, aligned across the business, to yield people growth for the company. As a senior strategic marketing leader, they will partner closely with other leaders and stakeholders to help create rich programs, initiatives, and journeys that effectively communicate the employee value proposition of Publicis Sapient. This is a highly visible senior leadership role and will have a significant impact on the long-term growth of the business. You will set the strategy at a Global level, and work with the regional counterparts to activate it. This individual directly leads a team and will also have dotted lines to the regional EBRM leads.

  Your Impact:

  Cultivate Publicis Sapient's global employer branding strategy and value proposition.Work with regional recruitment, executive, professional, and early careers teams to research and map relevant audiences.Partner with the global head of content to lead the creation and distribution of original and compelling content to inspire potential candidates (blogs, videos, job posts, social media, and digital marketing campaigns).Create and own a strategy around Publicis Sapient's participation in the most relevant professional events, partnering with the recruitment team to ensure opportunities are maximized and continuously measuring impact.Ability to assess the market and make strategic pivots based on segmentation, economic fluctuations, and industry disruption.Create and deliver ideas and concepts that set Publicis Sapient apart as an employer brand with a strong position for growth and recognition across various digital channels.Work in partnership with members of marketing leadership and other stakeholders to set the vision, approach, and excellence in implementation.Work in an agile environment managing multiple projects with global teams and capabilities.Utilize operational and analytical rigor and a data-driven approach to devise short and long-term strategies to position Publicis Sapient as an employer of choice for best-in-class talent.Provide pioneering approaches to reach talent and build relationships, tethering them to the strategy.Plan and manage budgets.Manage and grow the global team.Track metrics and KPIs to measure performance and success, with the ability to prioritize, enabling business impact and results.

  Qualifications

  Pay Range: $129,000 - $252,000

  The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
